Vista 3 is a new residential complex located on Al Reem Island, which is being developed by a major private developer in the UAE — Reportage Properties. As of Q3 2023, the development is under construction, and the estimated date of handover is expected to be in Q4 2027.

There are 6 podium levels and 39 residential storeys in the skyscraper. The total number of residences in the complex constitutes 622, which are presented by 1–5 bedroom apartments and 3–4 bedroom penthouses. Units come unfurnished and every property offers double-glazed windows and balconies or terraces. Living areas of real estate vary from 495 sq. ft to 3,019 sq. ft.

The high-rise building is advantageously located along the waterfront of the island, so that residents will enjoy the picturesque views. Prestigious amenities of Vista 3 include swimming pools for both adults and children, BBQ zones, open spaces and shaded seating areas.
