Three at once: New KENSINGTON franchise partners in Bremerhaven, Dithmarschen and Nuremberg
We are pleased to announce the granting of franchise licenses for Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven district, Dithmarschen and North Frisia, and Nuremberg, Erlangen and Fürth. Since October 1, 2025, these locations have been adding to our portfolio and strengthening our presence in key real estate markets in Germany.
License granted for Bremerhaven and the district of Cuxhaven
In northern Germany, where maritime tradition meets modern port management, we have gained a promising partner for our network in Udo Joost. Looking back on a successful career in management positions at international corporations, he brings decades of experience as an entrepreneur and sales manager and is also deeply rooted in the region.
With KENSINGTON, he is now following his passion and making the real estate industry in Bremerhaven and the district of Cuxhaven his new professional home. For him, real estate is much more than just objects: it is living space with future potential. This attitude, combined with his leadership experience and regional expertise, makes him an ideal addition to our North German market.

The second license award on October 1 also brings a breath of fresh air to our network, as this area is also located on the North Sea coast. Nico Springer, who previously worked successfully as an independent broker, made a conscious decision to join KENSINGTON and thus adopt a working method that combines proven values with a clearly future-oriented approach.
He brings valuable experience in the real estate industry to this new chapter and, like Udo Joost, has strong local roots. With his focus on close ties to the local people, he is the ideal partner for further developing a region where others come on vacation.
License granted for Nuremberg, Erlangen, and Fürth
Our expansion has not only been successful in the north: with Nuremberg, Erlangen, and Fürth, we were able to assign a particularly dynamic region in southern Germany to Steffen Städtler. Born in Nuremberg, he brings with him comprehensive entrepreneurial expertise from the consulting and IT industries and has a strong network.
After successfully selling his company, he now works as an investor in the residential and commercial sectors. With KENSINGTON, he wants to contribute his experience in a targeted manner and pass on his enthusiasm for the real estate industry to young talent.
