Demand for residential property in Berlin-Pankow and the Barnim district remains high, while supply stays tight.
The latest property market report shows that around 27,000 purchase contracts were signed in Brandenburg in 2025, 7 percent more than in the previous year.
Brandenburg: Strong demand beyond the city
Condominium prices rose by 5 percent, while detached houses remained stable at around EUR 361,000. Well-connected municipalities such as Wandlitz benefit.
Berlin: Housing shortage supports prices
Vacancy is just 0.3 percent. According to the Housing Market Report 2026, asking prices for condominiums rose to around EUR 5,800 per square metre.
