In April 2024, as a franchise partner of KENSINGTON Finest Properties International, I opened my own branch in the municipality of Seevetal. I have been working as an estate agent since 2011 and, during this time, have successfully brokered numerous properties – ranging from traditional existing properties to new-builds.

My many years of experience are just one part of my expertise. What is particularly important to me is not to view property solely from an estate agent’s perspective, but also to understand the viewpoints and needs of owners, buyers, landlords and developers.

I also draw on personal experience from my own life. Since 2022, we have been living in our own home, which we planned and built ourselves. During the build, we coordinated numerous trades ourselves, commissioned work independently and let part of the property. As a result, I am familiar with many of the challenges, decisions and issues associated with property, having experienced them first-hand.
