This large estate of around 498 hectares of land is located between green hills in the north-east of Mallorca in the coastal region of the municipality of Artà, very close to Colonia de Sant Pere. A historic old building can be renovated and two further houses can be built. The property is registered in the island's agricultural register and has the qualification of preferential agricultural use.

The extensive grounds are home to a wide variety of fruit trees, two water sources and historic buildings.
