This beautiful and grand villa is situated on the edge of Cap Martinet. Just a few minutes away from the buzzing Ibiza town, yet offers the extreme peaceful atmosphere, away from all the noise, due to its unique position with its own private access to the sea.

The main villa displays five double bedrooms, a large double open kitchen, two large living rooms from which the lounge contains an open fire place. On the first floor we find the master bedroom with a small living and a private terrace that offers a stunning view over the sea up until Formentera.

Surrounded by a beautiful mature garden, we find another nine bedrooms cleverly spread throughout the plot offering in total 14 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms that makes this villa a mini-resort of its own. All rooms are acclimatized. The pool is an extensive size surrounded with enough space for several sunbeds to relax and sunbath. To enjoy the nights at the property, there is a pool bar, two gazebos, several private and "hide-away" places for privacy and a cave with DJ equipment.

On top of the house there is the possibility to create a chill-out terrace with breath-taking views. The plot is completely fenced in and offers the utmost privacy.
