With the addition of two experienced leaders to the Head Office team at the beginning of the year, we have laid an important foundation for the next phase of growth: Ramon Lahme has taken on the role of Director of Sales, while Sven Möhlenbrock is responsible, as Head of Expansion, for the strategic development of our network.

Since mid-January, Ramon Lahme has strengthened the KENSINGTON Head Office DACH as Director of Sales, bringing together the strategic areas of expansion, partner development and sales within his role.
With his extensive experience in the real estate sector and in franchise environments, he contributes valuable impulses to steer growth in a targeted way and sustainably enhance the performance of the entire system.
His focus lies clearly on sharpening structures, optimizing processes, and fully leveraging the potential of the existing network.

Since February 1, Sven Möhlenbrock has been responsible, as Head of Expansion, for the growth of our network in Germany. His focus is not solely on the quantitative acquisition of new locations, but above all on the targeted, value-oriented recruitment of entrepreneurial personalities who match KENSINGTON through their commitment to quality, long-term perspective, and entrepreneurial mindset.
With more than 25 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales, as well as extensive expertise in retail, services, and technical industries, he brings both strategic competence and strong operational execution skills. His working style is characterized by clear goal orientation and a strong instinct for scalable sales models.
