What motivated you to acquire the license for Lindau?

I chose to acquire the license for Lindau because it is my home, and I have a deep connection to the Bodensee district and the Westallgäu region. I know the people, the conditions, and the unique aspects of the market very well. This local market expertise allows me to provide tailored service and offer my clients the best possible advice. Additionally, I see great potential in Lindau’s real estate market.

What potential do you see in Lindau’s real estate market?

There are several key opportunities in Lindau’s real estate market.

First, its location on Lake Constance is a major advantage. The region attracts both locals and newcomers who appreciate the high quality of life, natural surroundings, and numerous recreational opportunities. This results in a steady demand for housing.

Second, Lindau offers a fascinating mix of historic properties, existing homes, and modern new developments, catering to various types of buyers.

Another important aspect is infrastructure. Lindau benefits from excellent connections to major highways (D-A-CH), proximity to airports like Friedrichshafen (approx. 25 km) and Memmingen (approx. 70 km), and a well-developed public transport system, making it an attractive location for commuters traveling to Austria and Switzerland.

One of the biggest challenges will be balancing the high demand for properties with the limited supply. Finding creative solutions to generate new listings and to help my clients find the perfect property will be key.
