Since January 15, 2025, KENSINGTON has been present in Valencia, thanks to franchise partners Amparo Balbastre and Antonio Martínez. License granted for Málaga and surrounding areas
On March 1, 2025, KENSINGTON expanded into Málaga and the surrounding coastal areas of Benalmádena, Fuengirola and Mijas. Led by Ikram Ahmed Absedelam, this franchise is set to tap into the strong demand from international buyers and the premium real estate segment.

The expansion reaches the southwest tip of Spain with the opening of a new franchise in Cádiz on June 1, 2025. Managed by Fernando Cabezas de Juan and Víctor Martínez Arguis, this region offers both historic charm and strong residential potential – a perfect fit for KENSINGTON’s vision in Andalusia.
