As of May 1, 2025, Safet Disli has taken over the license for Oldenburg and the Ammerland district. The third quarter also began with positive developments: After four successful years as a dedicated real estate consultant and valued team member of KENSINGTON Bremen, Ben Vasudevan took the next bold step in his career on July 1, 2025 – becoming an entrepreneur. By building a compact, high-performing team, he aims to share his expertise and strategically gain market share in a region that is considered the northern gateway to the Mittelweser area, holding significant potential for real estate development.

Our expansion in southern Germany is also progressing steadily. As of August 1, 2025, we are proud to welcome Elisabeth M. Hartmann, another strong entrepreneur, as a new franchise partner.
