In September 2024, the time had finally come: the KENSINGTON showroom in Essen officially opened its doors in the heart of the Ruhr region.
Franchisee and Managing Director Sebastian Zeutzem celebrated this significant milestone together with business partners, family, friends and KENSINGTON executives from the Head Office in Bremen. After the successful launch of his Essen license in December 2023, the showroom opening marked the next major step in the KENSINGTON network.
The event served not only as an official inauguration, but also as a gesture of appreciation toward the people of Essen. In a short time, KENSINGTON has established a strong local presence. Despite challenging market conditions—characterized by rising interest rates and political uncertainty—the first year of business proved to be highly successful.
The new showroom, located at Eleonorastraße 41 in the popular district of Rüttenscheid, now serves as a central point of contact for property owners and prospective buyers. Visitors can expect professional, personalized, and collaborative service on equal footing.
