Font de sa Cala is located around three kilometers from Capdepera and is easily accessible from both Capdepera and Cala Rajada. The location of the beach is picturesque, the small bay is surrounded by gently sloping, slightly wooded rocky slopes. The sandy beach is 200 meters long and many water sports such as windsurfing, sailing and diving are on offer. There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The settlement of Font de sa Cala is a small residential and vacation resort with a few hotels. In summer, the nostalgic "Cala Rajada Express" train runs several times from Font de sa Cala to Cala Rajada and back. There are several villas with fantastic views above the village. The entertainer Harald Schmidt lived here for a short time. There are four excellent golf courses in the surrounding area.
