At the gates of Felanitx, less than 5 km to the town, on an elevated plot with great views stands this finca. Felanitx, which is mainly known for white wine, capers, almonds and the ceramic craft is located at the foot of the 509 meter high Puig de Sant Salvador with the former monastery from the 13th century. You can also see this from the property. Felanitx was the first wine growing area in Mallorca. At the end of the 18th century, different types of grapes were planted in the municipality on an area of around 2,200 hectares. In this town there are some shopping facilities, sports facilities and a health centre. Market day in Felanity is Sunday. 37 min you need to drive to the airport, about 45 min to the centre of Palma. In 15 min you get to the nearest coastal town, Portocolom. The beaches Cala Domingos, Cala Murada, Cala Marcal, Cala Sa Nau, Cala Mitjana and the bays of Cala d'Or can be reached in about 20 min. Portocolom and Cala d'Or also inspire with the numerous restaurants and bars as well as the fantastic harbours.
