YOUR TASKS
- Proactively acquire new real estate sellers and establish long-term client relationships.
- Identify and understand client needs to match them with appropriate sales opportunities.
- Manage and support the entire sales process from initial consultation to successful closing, addressing questions and challenges along the way.
- Present and promote properties through organized viewings and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Actively market properties and ensure a strong and visible presence in the local market.
- Apply entrepreneurial thinking to drive personal and business success.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–2 years of sales experience or initial experience in a related field (career changers are welcome and encouraged).
- Strong self-motivation, goal orientation, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build the right connection with clients.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
