The one-bathroom, one-bedroom flat has an open-plan kitchen and a lovely dining-living area with adjoining balcony. The living area is air-conditioned. The adjoining bedroom, also with a sea view balcony, offers plenty of space as there is a large built-in wardrobe with safe in the hallway to the bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Due to the connection to the hotel, the amenities of the hotel, such as the use of the pools, the subtropical garden, the fitness studio, the mini golf course or the shuttle bus to the center of Puerto de la Cruz can be used for an annual fee. There is also a room here with washing machines that can be used for a fee.

Location
Although Puerto de la Cruz is the smallest municipality in Tenerife, it has such attractive places as the listed historic centre or an extensive stretch of coastline for long, peaceful walks.
