The Finca " Los Olivos " is located in the middle of Ibiza island and owes its name to the more than 200 centenary olive trees that populate this property. It is also well known for its breeding Spanish horses and as the most impressive property with the solid iron gate at the entrance to San Rafael. The estate is home to the price winning, full blood stud farm, which dates back to 1909 and was transferred from Seville between 1999 and 2004. It currently has more than 100 horses, 55 stables and a dressage arena of 800 m². This stud farm has won more than 100 awards in the last decades. The land, with an approximate surface of 80.000 m² of pentagonal shape and rustic soil, has several gardens, currently consisting of an orchard and 9 plots designated to the breeding of the Pure Spanish Horse (PRE), furthermore the main mansion with a swimming pool with waterfall and several staff accommodations.
