Procedure and
prerequisites
You contact us by e-mail or telephone and name the owner and the property to be sold. We will then contact the owner and you will receive information from us about the progress. After successful notarization, you will be credited with the tipster commission.
To participate in our referral program, the property must not yet be actively marketed. The owner must conclude an exclusive brokerage agreement with us. Finally, the property must be successfully sold by our team. These requirements guarantee effective marketing and your referral commission.
