The property in Montuiri

Montuïri is a municipality in the center of Mallorca, about 30 kilometers east of Palma. The surrounding area is characterized by rolling hills, fields and almond plantations, which offer an enchanting scenery, especially in spring. The climate is typically Mediterranean with hot summers and mild winters. Places of interest include the parish church of Sant Bartomeu and the archaeological site of Talaiot Son Fornés. The economy is mainly based on agriculture, particularly the cultivation of cereals, almonds, olives and wine. Montuïri has around 2,700 inhabitants and retains a traditional, rural character.
