22 years of experience across the entire real estate lifecycle

With Kerult Kuttler, KENSINGTON welcomes a partner who knows the real estate industry from a variety of perspectives. He began his career working for a general contractor before moving into project development, where he was involved in properties from planning and construction through to marketing, letting and sales.

Over the course of around 22 years, he has gained first-hand experience across almost the entire lifecycle of a property. This background has shaped his comprehensive understanding of real estate, markets and client needs, providing a strong foundation for establishing the new KENSINGTON location.

Kerult Kuttler had been considering the move into real estate brokerage and entrepreneurship for several years. He first discovered KENSINGTON through LinkedIn and has been in close contact with Sven Möhlenbrock since February 2026. Their conversations developed into a shared vision for establishing KENSINGTON in Frankfurt and taking the next step towards entrepreneurship.

A personal connection to Frankfurt

For Kerult Kuttler, the decision to establish his business in Frankfurt also has a personal dimension. He has previously worked in the city and has built a strong local network over the years. This allows him to combine extensive industry experience with a genuine connection to the region in which he will now operate as an entrepreneur.

For him, consistency, perseverance and long-term relationships are key foundations for sustainable success in the real estate industry.

The official launch of the new KENSINGTON location is scheduled for 1 September 2026.
