The process begins when you contact KENSINGTON. This can be done through our official website, by email or by phone. We will ask you to share basic information about yourself, your professional experience and your interest in the franchise partnership. This is also an opportunity for you to ask basic questions about the KENSINGTON franchise model and learn more about our company and the opportunities we offer.
If your interest and your market analysis are promising, we invite you to a personal meeting at the KENSINGTON Head Office. The purpose of this meeting is to give you a deeper insight into the franchise system, the values of the company and the expectations of franchise partners. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and meet the KENSINGTON team in person.
If you are still interested in becoming a KENSINGTON franchise partner after the previous steps, you will be provided with a sample contract. This contract will set out the terms, obligations and expectations of both parties. It is important to review this contract carefully and seek legal advice if necessary to ensure that you understand and accept all terms and conditions.
I joined KENSINGTON as a franchise partner in 2015 and have only recently extended my contract. KENSINGTON enjoys an excellent reputation as one of the leading estate agents in the high-end segment, which enables me to generate sales mandates that I would not have received as a sole trader. Another very important factor for me is the contact with each other, both among the franchise partners and with the franchisor. I always have a contact person who supports me in the best possible way. I am therefore very much looking forward to the coming years and further joint successes.

For me, KENSINGTON is characterised above all by a perfect combination of in-depth expertise and innovation. The brand has more than 26 years of experience in the property market and at the same time provides innovative and fresh impulses, which are essential in a highly competitive market like Spain. As the master franchisee for the Madrid region, my goal is to have at least 10 offices in the greater Madrid area by 2027 and to further expand the KENSINGTON brand's level of awareness on the Spanish mainland.

One of the great advantages of the KENSINGTON system, in my opinion, is that despite our rapid international expansion, we still maintain a family-like and collegial atmosphere within the network. Thanks to this positive spirit and the support of the head office, we have been able to open two showrooms in Tenerife and another office in Fuerteventura since taking over the licence in 2022. Further locations in the Canary Islands are about to be signed. Our declared goal is to be represented throughout the Canary Islands and to dominate the market by 2027.
